Print Partner
All prints including framed ones are handled by my print partner, The Print Space. I have used The Print Space as my go-to fine art printer for many years and they continue to be the best for me in terms of quality and customer service. Production:
The Print Space has production in the UK & Germany. This means on print-only or drop shipped framed orders being shipped to customers in the UK or EU will not face additional import charges. Orders are automatically routed to the production studios based on shipping destination.
Shipping:
Delivery rates are calculated on checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK/Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs:
There is duty free delivery to the US, the UK and the EU. Customers in other countries may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by the port of delivery.
Please allow extra time for your delivery at busy times of year, such as public holidays and Christmas.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day via Royal Mail standard postage. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK/Europe, in 2 to 5 days to US and Canada and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINES:
Orders will begin shipping from Monday 8th December. I’m hopeful that orders will be delivered in time for Christmas, but, depending on your local post service or any issues in country (for instance, there are currently postal worker strikes in Canada), I can’t guarantee it.
For the best chance to recieve it in time for Christmas, please place your order by:
UK: 1pm GMT, Monday 15th
Europe: 1pm GMT, Friday 12th
US, Canada & Rest of World: 5pm GMT, Wednesday 10th
Orders placed after these dates may not arrive until after Christmas, but should still reach you before January 1st
I’ll be closing my shop (except for giclée prints fulfilled by The Print Space) at 1pm GMT on Monday 15th December, with all remaining orders posted on Tuesday 16th.
Packaging (all items)
All packaging is environmentally friendly. Everything is either recyclable or biodegradable and that includes the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap as well as the frame edge protectors used.
Returns policy (all items):
In the unlikely event your order does not arrive in perfect condition or match the specifications on my website, your item will be replaced. Returns and refunds will only be considered if the item is damaged or defective.
